Delivery time
Delivery times are calculated from the first working day following order confirmation: an email containing the tracking number will be sent as soon as the package is taken over by the courier. Visit the My Orders section of your Carmenboutique.it account to get updated information on the status of your order.
All couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00.
ITALY:
Express: delivery in 1-2 working days
EUROPE:
Express: delivery in 2-3 working days
WORLD:
Standard: delivery in 4-5 working days
* delivery times are purely indicative: Carmenboutique.it cannot be held responsible in any way for delays due to customs operations or for causes attributable to the courier. We will however take care of any inconvenience, providing constant updates on the status of the shipment.
Taxes and customs charges
Taxes and customs charges are included in the final price indicated on our site. No additional costs will be requested by the courier. For orders from the European Union, import taxes will not apply. For any information contact info@carmenboutique.it
