PAYMENT METHODS
The prices published on the site, payments and order invoices are in Euros. Carmenboutique.it invites customers to contact their banking institution to request detailed information on exchange rates and bank commissions relating to their transaction.
The following forms of payment are accepted by Carmenboutique.it :
CREDIT CARD
At the time of purchase, Customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system, provided by Shopify Payments. It is possible to make purchases via Visa, Mastercard, Postepay, American Express.
All transactions are processed via a secure Stripe server, guaranteeing Carmenboutique.it customers maximum data protection. The Carmenboutique.it Customer Service operators are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or validity details of the same.
If existing funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase.
PAYPAL
By choosing the PayPal payment method, the customer can pay directly via their PayPal account. Carmenboutique.it reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by PayPal. If the customer chooses to proceed with the payment via the PayPal Express Checkout service, the System will automatically import the information included in the PayPal account used. For any errors and/or outdated data, Carmen Boutique Srl assumes no responsibility.
We would like to remind our new customers that Carmenboutique.it may request the Bank or PayPal to verify the transaction, including by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification could cause some delay in shipping the order. Carmenboutique.it reserves the right to request new Customers to ship the goods to their billing address.
PAYPAL IN 3 INSTALLMENTS
We also offer the possibility of paying with PayPal in 3 installments to make the purchase more convenient for you. Select this option during checkout and follow us on PayPal to complete the transaction in installments.

You can make payment by bank transfer using the following data:

Payment by bank transfer requires further processing and confirmation from us. Once the bank transfer has been made, please send a copy of the payment receipt to info@carmenboutique.it, in order to speed up the verification and shipping of your order.
PAYMENT ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery includes an additional fee of €8.00 which you will have to pay at the time of delivery. This fee will automatically be added to your order total. If you have any doubts or questions, don't hesitate to contact us!
GOOGLE PAY AND APPLE PAY
We are happy to offer the fast and secure payment methods of Google Pay and Apple Pay. During checkout, you can select Google Pay or Apple Pay and complete the payment in a few simple steps, without having to manually enter your credit card information. GIFT CARD
The Gift Card will be sent to the email address entered when placing the order. The code can be used for one or more purchases until the credit runs out if used exclusively online. The Gift Card cannot be partially used in-store and online. If used in a shop, it must be used for its full value.
